Description:
This is a multi-family house with 12 apartments on a very narrow and small site. Although splitting flats along the longer facade would be the rational approach in terms of efficiency, open views in the front asked for a linear apartment layout. Since the limited budget would not allow for any material other than plaster, some color was introduced to enrich the building.
